All goods are dispatched by courier. Single items that can be sent by 1st class post will be charged at £1.95
Unfortunately at present we can only offer delivery to the UK mainland. If you require delivery elsewhere please contact us for a quotation.
Orders received by 1pm Monday - Friday will be despatched within the quoted periods below. Orders received after 1pm please allow an extra day. No deliverys on bank holidays.

Return of Goods
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned to Party Party for refund or exchange.
Any returns must be recived by Party Party within 14 days from the original delivery date. This merchandise must be returned in good condition, with all its component parts and its original packaging. It would help if you enclosed a note explaining the reason for the return. This does not effect your staturatory rights.
You should return goods by registered post or recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. The carriage costs are your resposibilty except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
